I think that may be you haven't noticed but when uploading your pictures there is a "message to the editor" field where you can insert the data you can't find in the drop down menus:

Message to editor:

1. If you can't find aircraft, operator or airport in dropdown menus, give the information here.

I hope this may solve your issue.
