I am not sure you will find a Lowkey tutorial specific to aviation photography but if you just enter "lowkey photography" in google, you will find plenty of tutorials (texts & videos) about lowkey photography in general.

Guys, what's so frustrating on your head? You do not have to join the forum to post. My opinion is to stay in your bank, you do not have to post for the sake of doing it. I do not think anyone asked you to comment if you like a subject or not. If you do not have an answer to the proposed topic in the forum, please abstain. Okay?

Guys, keep calm, don't be rudes.

What do you mean with "Low key"? Because the Low Key is a photography technique that it's hard (or impossible) to do directly in aviation. So maybe you need to use the correct words. You mean at the "Black background effect"?

Regards.

As I told in my first post, finding specific low key photography tutorial for aviation won't be really easy but a plane is Nothing else than "thing" thus you can use any low key photography tutorial you will find and then apply it to aviation objects.

As Javi explained, real low key photography is performed thanks to specific lighthing and is mostly realized in studios.

There is a way to achieve plus or less the same result with in postprocessing.

Here are 3 links to tutorial videos about this "technique".
