Clean Photographer Data Base

Using the Advance Search turn really complicated and slow when you need to search by photographer and recently realize there is a lot of data that should be clean from DB or maybe filter. Just for give an example look for "John" or "Jolanda" and you will find users like "Jolanda1234656".

What about if the combo box is filled with All Photographers who has at least 1 photography published?
