Basic upload functionality should be working.

How does the "Most Likes section" work on the frontpage??? Normally it was moest liked of the last 24 hours.

It seems to be way out of order now? Or does it have a different algorithm?

	There were no "recent" (24 hour category included) photos available for a long time. Once the "recent" gets filled again, old counters could be brought back.
