Author's remark: | The annual SAAF Parade is held on the Friday closest to 1st February each year at Swartkop Air Base in Pretoria. Part of the parade is a mass flypast of examples of most of the current aircraft types in the SAAF inventory. These are BAe Hawk Mk 120 LIFT aircraft, serial numbers 252, 254, 263, 264, 265, 266 and 271. The lead aircraft is painted in the colours of the South African national flag. |
