Author's remark: This Hawk is seen here back in 2006 in a special livery commemorating the 90th anniversary of 208 Sqn, marked with the name of the then-sqn CO, Wg Cdr Gary Kelly. The jet subsequently became one of the squadron’s two display aircraft and then transferred to the Royal Navy’s FRADU at Culdrose in 2009. It has become one of the few Hawk T.1s to remain with the Royal Navy, having recently been given the colours of 736 Naval Air Sqn, the unit which replaced FRADU in 2013.
