Author's remark: This Nimrod is based at Prestwick for a few days, for SAR missions, due to forecasted bad weather at Kinloss. It is seen rotating off Runway 13, responding to a Yachts emergency transmitter being activated, somewhere in the Atlantic. It was back on the ground 3 hours later, after it was discovered that the transmitter on board the yacht had been activated in error!
